Make sure you have added the application above to Slack.
Once you added the application, go to the Integration Settings and set up the channel you want to connect this PinChat link to.
You can also set up the username that the channel will post as when it receives messages from PinChat, as well as the description and icon.
Copy the webhook URL from the Integration Settings Page and paste it to the corresponding text field in the PinChat dashboard.
Press “Save” button to save the edit. Once it is saved, your PinChat link will be integrated with the specific Slack channel.
If a visitor sends a message to this PinChat link, you will get the message on Slack.
<aside> 💡 If you find out the integration is not working, please check the webhook URL again first, to make sure you haven’t pasted the wrong value. If you are sure the values are correct, but still are not able to receive messages from PinChat on Slack, please contact us.

You will be able to see the “Disconnect” button appear right beside the save button once you have completed filling in the text fields and save them.
