In the chatroom, there is a Request Reply Message
which you will be able to ask your customers to provide you more information about themselves.
Information you can ask for include email, phone number, date & time, and text message (e.g. company name).
Once you send this message, an input box will appear in the chatroom for your customers to fill in. (like the one below)
After they fill in the input box, you will get a message that they completed.
The customer info of the chat link will all be recorded in the Client List of the chat link! You can check them out or even export the list over there.

In the Edit Link → Chatroom Settings, you can set up one of the request reply messages as the default message and let it display once the user enters your link.
